How do you relieve stress and 'zone out'? What behaviors do you practice to take care
of yourself? How do you avoid burnout? Maintaining a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle
is vital to a woman鈥檚 well-being in her personal and professional lives. W. Broad's book听The Science of Yoga confirms yoga can help reduce stress and improve emotional well-being, particularly in women. We need to do a better job of putting ourselves higher on our own 鈥榯o do鈥 list.鈥 - Learn from presenters how your physical health and mental health impact each other and the need to balance both to achieve prosperity. |

How do you balance your life and reach your goals? Women continually face varying
roles, decisions, and expectations. A key to 鈥榟aving it all鈥 is picking and choosing
your priorities and determining what you are willing to compromise and/or sacrifice. Life does not always go as planned, so you must adapt to succeed. Success is not a 鈥榦ne size fits all鈥; it is defined differently by each individual. 鈥淒efine success on your own terms, achieve it by your own rules, and build a life you鈥檙e proud to live.鈥 鈥 These presenters will share their stories about how they are balancing their personal and professional lives and how they are accomplishing their life goals. |

Every life experience is a learning lesson. How many times have you said, 鈥淚 wish
I had known then what I know now?鈥 Through experiences, we filter our needs, wants, desires, goals, and life plans. We continuously reinvent our personal and professional selves; young and seasoned professional women can learn from others鈥 experience. 鈥淩egrets are like molecules. We're all made up of a lot of them. They are elemental. Building blocks. The foundations of memory. You can dawdle in the past, allow it to shadow you, or you can walk forward into the light of tomorrow. But you can't altogether disregard what has already been- byways chosen, detours taken. The misbegotten decisions you can never reverse, but only by sorting through them can you find where you took the wrong turns and gain proper perspective. Time is a parabolic lens, bringing hindsight into focus." 鈥 These presenters have been through many challenges in their lives, both professionally and personally, and will share both wisdom and experiences. |
